Born on December 2, 1981 from Cape Town South Africa Lesley-Ann Brandt is an actor and model best known for her roles on film and TV series. Brandt began her career with New Zealand with the sitcom Diplomatic immunity. Her American debut was on the role of Naevia on the historical drama Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress appeared in several television shows over the last decade, such as Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians. Brandt is the character Mazikeen on the urban fantasy show Lucifer with Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was born and lived in Cape Town South Africa and then moved from Cape Town to Auckland New Zealand with her family as a teenager. Her career began as a model by appearing in commercials and print ads. Before her rise to prominence as a model she was employed in sales at retail as well as working as a consultant in the field of recruitment for IT. The first time she was featured, she landed her appearance in 2009's New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity which featured her in the character as Leilani Fa'auigaese. In 2021, she had her first appearance on the big screen in Spartacus Blood and Sand on Starz. She played Naevia, the slave girl. Naevia. The actress has also reprised her role as Naevia in the prequel miniseries Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. The actress co-starred with Craig Parker. Craig Parker in three different TV series: Diplomatic Immunity (2009) Spartacus (2010) and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016, she started to play a bounty-hunter monster named Mazikeen in the Netflix show Lucifer. This is her most memorable role so far. The show plays alongside Tom Ellis Lauren French Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside.
